Hi there—I’m really glad you’re here. 🙂
If you’re reading this, chances are things feel heavy right now. Maybe thoughts like “I’m a burden” or “I don’t want to do this anymore” have been circling in your mind. Maybe people have always expected you to have it together—to take care of everyone else—so your own needs ended up pushed aside. Now, putting yourself first feels strange… maybe even selfish.
You might be hurting, and part of you fears that if you open up, you’ll be rejected—or worse—proven right that you shouldn’t have opened up at all.
But here’s the thing: you don’t have to keep those walls up forever. You can learn to trust again, even if right now you’re not sure where to start.
If anything I just said hits home—welcome. You’re in the right place.
A Little About What I Do
I work with people who feel shut down, disconnected, anxious, or unsure how to feel truly close to others—or even to themselves. My job is to help you feel less alone with those worries, to teach practical skills, and to guide you toward reconnecting with both yourself and the people you care about.
A little about me:
I know reaching out isn’t always easy—so if you’ve made it here, you’ve already taken a brave step.
I’m Erika, a therapist who believes healing happens through real connection, compassion, and sometimes a little humor. I’m not here to judge you or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to give you a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll work together to figure things out.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or just want someone in your corner—I’m here to walk alongside you. We’ll go at your pace, in a way that feels doable for you.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. And when you’re ready, I’d be honored to be part of your healing.
