After our intake is completed and we discuss my clinical recommendation of treatment, you can decide whether you want to commit to working with me.

FAQs
What can I expect from my therapy sessions?
During our first few sessions you can expect us to spend a good amount of time getting to know each other and establishing a therapeutic rapport where you feel comfortable. This could involve discussing what brought you into therapy, your experience with therapy thus far, what you have been struggling to manage and how I might be able to help you with your mental health journey.
What types of therapy do you specialize in?
I am trained in a few modalities including DBT, RO-DBT, EXRP and talk therapy. I am not certified however I do work with a consultation team that holds me accountable when providing these therapies and intend to become certified within the next 2 years for each of these treatments. I think it’s important to clarify this as many therapists will claim certification when this is very difficult to obtain.
How long will therapy last?
The length in therapy varies person to person and can depend on what you are looking for help with, how long you want therapy to be and how long the modality of a treatment is meant to last. Upon working together we’ll discuss which recommended treatment best fits your needs and assess the length of time expected.
Do you offer in-person or online therapy?
I only offer online therapy. The online platform I use is Zoom as it is HIPPA compliant and ensures both your’s and mine’s privacy. However depending on the severity of an individual’s symptoms I may recommend them to seek out in person treatment with a different provider as telehealth is not effective for all individuals.
